By registering for or using BdeshJob you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including job seekers, recruiters and visitors.

Job seekers must be Bangladeshi nationals aged 18 or over. Recruiters must be legally registered companies or organisations with valid recruitment licences where required. BdeshJob reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Job seekers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information on their profiles. You must not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent documents. You understand that applying for a job through BdeshJob does not guarantee employment — selection decisions are made by the respective recruiter or employer.

Recruiters must complete BdeshJob' verification process before posting any job listing. All listings must describe genuine, lawful overseas employment opportunities. Recruiters must not charge job seekers placement fees beyond those permitted by applicable Bangladeshi law. BdeshJob reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms without notice.

You agree to use BdeshJob only for its intended purpose — connecting Bangladeshi workers with overseas employment opportunities. You must not use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content; to harass or defraud other users; to scrape or reproduce platform content without permission; or to circumvent security measures.

By uploading documents to BdeshJob you grant the platform a limited licence to store and share those documents with recruiters you apply to. You retain ownership of your documents. You confirm that you have the right to upload any document you submit and that it is genuine and accurate.

Job seekers may use core BdeshJob features free of charge. Recruiters may be subject to listing fees as set by the BdeshJob admin team. Fees are displayed clearly before any payment is required. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. BdeshJob is not responsible for any fees paid directly between job seekers and recruiters outside of the platform.

BdeshJob operates as a platform connecting job seekers and recruiters. We are not a party to any employment contract and are not liable for the conduct of recruiters, the accuracy of job listings, or employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BdeshJob' liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to BdeshJob in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on BdeshJob — including the name, logo, design, code and written content — is the property of BdeshJob or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform content without prior written permission.

BdeshJob may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if the platform ceases operation. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from use of BdeshJob shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
