Your profile and documents are shared with recruiters only when you apply for one of their listings. Recruiters cannot access your documents before you apply. We may share data with government bodies when required by law. We engage trusted service providers who process data solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

All documents you upload are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and recruiters you have applied to. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews.
